Water driven valve 

Water driven valve is for gas water heater, following the principle of hydraulic venturi valve. Here's how the valve works: firstly, if the water tap is turned on, the water pressure inside would exceed a certain level; and then its eardrum would push the sliding plate, and the putters, finally the valve lighter would be on.

It is made of upgraded polymer composites in stead of brass, which is money saving and resource conserving. With the technology of mode injection, it has greatly improved the manufacturing process and the quality.

SPECIFICATIONS

♦ Operating torque for the regulation of water and gas should be within 0.3N.m

♦ Pressure resistant

When the pressure is within 1.5 MPa for 1 minute, it shall appear no deformation, leakage and harm

♦ Water switch

If the water is low, starting pressure should be within 0.025MPa, closing pressure should be within 0.01MPa; and if the water is high, the start pressure should be within 0.04MPa

♦ Start performance

 It should have no failures in ten constant start.

♦ Life insurance

The water switch shall last for 30,000 times at least.

♦ Temperature resistant:

The operating torque, and leakage of water and gas linkage should still be available from 80 °C to -25°C.
